You will be an arts manager with experience of delivering large-scale, multi-partner programmes. Reporting regularly to the Principal Investigator (PI) on research and technical progress, you will be responsible for overall planning and oversight of the project, and for day-to-day management, including the development and execution of delivery plans. You will liaise with external and academic partners, managing their respective activities, and implementing strategies to ensure the completion of project milestones within available resources. To allow for an increased level of support at certain times during the project, you will undertake (by negotiation) some periods of full-time work and others of part-time, averaging to 3 days per week over the course of the project.
You will review progress against milestones and warn of impending issues as necessary. You will coordinate a programme of project evaluation, and supervise the project coordination work undertaken by a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow (PDRF) and some other contracted staff.
