Stolpersteine2On Thursday May 14 Dr David Fligg will guide a walking tour of Prague focusing on the life of composer Gideon Klein. The guided tour is part of the programme of The Rafael Schächter Institute for Arts and Humanities in May 2015. The event is open to the public (booking through the Schächter Institute).

Now in its fifth year, The Rafael Schächter Institute for Arts and Humanities, hosted by The Defiant Requiem Foundation, honors the legacy and memory of Nazi prisoners in Terezín (Theresienstadt), who found hope and inspiration in the arts and humanities in the midst of suffering, depravity, and death.
